1974

Altaiseer Hotel ArAr had been established in this year and had been the first and sole hotel licensed then. Beginning had been with limited rooms and limited services.

1978

The hotel had been developed through adding a number of rooms, food and beverage services.

1984

The hotel had been developed and expanded to include rooms, suites, restaurant, coffee shop and kitchen, all in high quality standards and specifications.

1985 - 2006

Year after year, Altaiseer Hotel ArAr became the ideal hotel in accommodating visitors of ArAr city either as families, individuals, VIPs, businessmen.

2007

Various rooms and suites as well as some facilities of the hotel had experienced latest developments in respect of updating furniture, services and quality of service.

2015

Development of most facilities of the hotel had been accomplished. A new business lounge, a new guest lounge, a garden and a kitchen had all been developed to fulfill requirements of internal and external celebrations. Furthermore, the external facade of the hotel had been developed into modern and elegant design. With development of the hotel, our experiences had also been developed and we still strive to provide best services to our guests as best as they deserve.
